Bird deterrent wires are a discreet, effective method of bird control. The wires prevent pigeons and other nuisance birds from attempting to perch on narrow building features such as windowsills and ledges, discouraging them from looking at potential feeding sites, settling or landing.
Our bird deterrent wires
The nylon-coated wires are secured and tensioned between 100mm or 130mm tall stainless steel posts, set at up to 1.3m centres, and fixed into stone or brick using a 25mm nylon anchor plug.
The supporting posts can also be powder-coated and welded to brackets for use on more fragile surfaces or where it is important to maintain a weather seal and coordinate colours, such as on cladding panels or lead flashing.
