Which is more effective bird netting or bird spikes?

Both are effective in different situations. Bird spikes are more effective on ledges where birds would perch; bird netting encloses an entire area so that birds cannot enter at all. The fault with bird spikes is birds can nest on them in warm, dry conditions, so wherever possible, we recommend using bird netting for more effective results.
